3. Free resources
This website may offer free resources, such as guides, checklists, templates, reset cards, PDFs, or other downloads. Free resources are provided for personal use only.
You may download them for your own use, print them for your own home, and use them as practical support.
You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, copy into your own product, use commercially, share the full files as if they were your own, or remove branding/copyright notices.
4. Email signup and Systeme.io
If you sign up for a free resource, newsletter, waitlist, or updates, your information may be collected and processed through Systeme.io.
By signing up, you agree to receive the free resource you requested, occasional ADHD-friendly reset tips, product updates, launch announcements, and offers or discounts related to Crafted Memory by Debun. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
5. Etsy shop and purchases
Some links on this website may take you to my Etsy shop.
If you purchase a product on Etsy, the transaction is processed through Etsy; Etsy’s terms, policies, payment processing, taxes, and buyer protections apply; product delivery may be handled through Etsy downloads, PDFs, Google Sheets links, or instructions included in the listing; and refunds, returns, exchanges, and order issues are handled according to my Etsy shop policies and the specific listing details.
Crafted Memory by Debun does not process payments directly through this website unless clearly stated otherwise.
6. Digital products
Digital products may include Google Sheets templates, PDFs, guides, printables, reset cards, bonus packs, digital planners, or other downloadable/link-based resources.
Digital products are for personal use only unless a separate license says otherwise. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, they are generally not returnable in the same way as physical products.
If you have trouble opening, downloading, copying, or using a file, contact me at debun@craftedbydebun.com. I will do my best to help you get set up.
7. Physical products or print-on-demand products
Crafted Memory by Debun may offer physical products or print-on-demand products in the future.
If a physical product is offered, the specific Etsy listing or sales page will explain what the product is, whether it is printed or produced by a third-party provider, estimated production/delivery information, and any product-specific return or support details.
If print-on-demand fulfillment is used, a provider such as Gelato or another production partner may be involved only for the purpose of producing and delivering the item.
8. Google Sheets products
Some products may be designed for Google Sheets. If a product is described as Google Sheets only, you will need a free Google account and may need to click “File → Make a copy” to create your editable version.
The product may not work properly in Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet tools. Please read the Etsy listing description before purchasing.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in Crafted Memory by Debun resources is owned by Crafted Memory by Debun unless otherwise stated.
This includes text, guides, PDFs, templates, product names, graphics, layouts, worksheets, reset systems, branding, website copy, funnel copy, and email content.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reproduce, adapt, upload, or use my content commercially without written permission.
10. Personal use license
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all free and paid resources are licensed for personal use only.
You may not resell the files, share the files with others, upload them to public platforms, include them in your own product, use them for coaching clients/students/customers/paid groups/memberships/commercial services, or claim the content as your own.
If you want to use a resource commercially or with clients, please contact me first.
